They said you are extremely bold; I replied, “I’m not afraid to show who I am.” Shama Sikander recently posted a photo on her social networking account. Both of my weaknesses and my strengths are valued here. And yours will follow suit. According to the actor, she considers the word “bold” a complement and does not restrict its use to physical attributes. Shama Sikander told about herself on Mental Health Day, “Being bold involves so much more than just what you wear. On World Mental Health Day (October 10), she tells us, “It takes courage to be able to come out and speak your heart out to people and not be frightened of their judgements.
Sikander recalls how there were times when she wasn’t as brave as she is now, back when she was having mental health issues. I was unable to express myself. I’ve never used such foul language. I was always really cautious. But finally, I learned to value my frailties,” she continues. This has been “one of my biggest accomplishments,” according to Sikander. “To be able to come back from that is not easy at all,” she continues.
Sikander acknowledges that, despite her progress on the road to recovery, there are still instances when the depression flares up. “The path to healing takes a lifetime. And that’s okay since I won’t have anything else to heal if nothing bothers me. And in a way, that is similar to your death. I therefore haven’t fully recovered. The triggers keep coming, and I keep battling them, but my ideas, my power, and my comprehension of fighting a battle have unquestionably altered.
I’ve discovered how to instruct my mind to be joyful. I’ve recovered a lot of my health. and still keep identifying something that has to be improved. We are faced with a plethora of complex problems as humans. But I don’t have any bad thoughts or repression feelings,” she clarifies.
Shama also claims that she makes an effort to communicate with more individuals during her bad points. “Self-complete apathy only makes matters worse. I know this from experience, therefore whenever there is a need, I allow myself to open myself. Trust issues can arise as a result of those who have tricked me in the past and the negative deeds committed by some of my friends. But I have to constantly tell myself that everything is fine. I’m a very lovely person, so there’s no need for them to hurt me, she adds.
