Pete Davidson is disappointed by PETA. Pete Davidson is disappointed that PETA won’t let him get the new dog from a pet store instead of an animal shelter.
PETA’s Senior Vice President of Cruelty Investigations, Daphna Nachminovitch, tells TMZ… “It’s tragic that Pete didn’t seek out a borough-born mutt from a city animal shelter, because a scrappy New Yorker with charm, personality, and unconventional handsomeness could have been his perfect match.”
As previously reported, Pete and his actress girlfriend Chase Sui Wonders purchased a cavapoo puppy from Citipups in Manhattan last month.
Daphna from PETA tells us, “Since shelters in New York and across the country are overflowing with homeless animals, PETA urges Pete to show some big heart energy by adopting, not shopping, in the future.”
Remember… Pete chose the pup after viewing a picture of him on the Citipups website.
Of course, Pete was seeking for a puppy in the first place because his dog Henry had recently died at the age of 2 year.
