Kamal Haasan starrer Indian-2 teaser released. On Friday, superstar Rajinikanth launched the teaser of the film on Twitter. While sharing this he wrote, ‘Indian is back’.
However, the makers have still not announced its release date. It is expected that it will be released early next year.
The teaser of the film starts from where the first part of the film Indian ended. In the film, Kamal’s character Senapati/Hindustani had promised that wherever there is injustice, he will definitely come there and he kept his promise.
It is shown in the teaser that the entire country is troubled by corruption and a digital campaign named #ComebackIndian is going on. Hindustani comes back in the last part of the teaser.
Looking at the teaser, it seems that actor Siddharth will be seen playing the role of a common man in the film. Bobby Simha was seen in the role of a police officer. Priya Bhavani Shankar is seen in the role of a journalist. Rakul Preet Singh was also glimpsed in the teaser for a few seconds. Kajal Aggarwal was not seen.
On Friday, the teaser of this film was launched not only by Rajinikanth but also by Aamir Khan, SS Rajamouli, Kiccha Sudeep and Mohanlal. Everyone shared the teaser of the film in different languages.
The first part of the film was released in 1996. The first part of this film was released in Indian (1996). Kamal Haasan had a double role in the film. One is of a freedom fighter commander who fights against corruption and the other is of his son who is a corruption inspector. The film was written and directed by Shankar.
Now the makers have made its second part Indian-2 with a budget of around Rs 250 crore. Shankar has also directed this.
