Jay the son of billionaire Uday Kotak weds Aditi Arya a former Miss India. Tuesday’s wedding was held at Mumbai’s Jio Convention Centre. When Jay Kotak congratulated Ms. Arya on finishing her MBA at Yale University on X (formerly Twitter) earlier this year, he made it known that he was engaged to her. “Today, my fiancée Aditi Arya graduated with her MBA from Yale University. “Very proud of you,” he had written, attaching two photos of Ms. Arya wearing a cap and graduation gown.
Jay Kotak shared a photo from the ceremony on X (formerly Twitter). Pics are also going viral on social media platforms like Reddit and Instagram showing them standing at a platform surrounded by guests. While Mr Kotak is wearing sherwani, a traditional wedding ethnic wear, Ms Arya is dressed in a red-coloured lehenga.

Jay Kotak is a graduate of Columbia University. He did his bachelors in history and economics. Later, he completed his MBA from the Harvard Business School. Currently, he is the Vice President of Kotak811, a digital-first mobile bank incubated by Kotak Mahindra Bank.
Following her graduation from Shaeed Sukhdev College at Delhi University, Aditi Arya briefly held a position as a research analyst at Ernst & Young. After winning the title of Miss India in 2015, she competed in the Miss World pageant on behalf of her nation.
Arya has made appearances in a few Telugu and Hindi motion pictures, including the Ranveer Singh film ’83’. Later, she relocated to the US to finish her MBA. This May, Ms. Arya received her MBA degree.
