Full schedule of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 warm-up matches

In nine days, the ICC Men’s ODI World Cup will get underway. ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 warm-up matches. England and New Zealand are scheduled to play in the opening game of the 2023 edition. Both competed in the 2019 ICC Men’s World Cup final. The Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad is where the game is scheduled to take place.

On October 8 in Chennai, India’s campaign will get underway against five-time champion Australia. The top-ranked squad in the world in all three cricket formats, Rohit Sharma and company, will compete in the ODI World Cup in 2023. Since 2013, India has not taken home an ICC trophy.

In order to win the Men’s ODI World Cup this season, the Men in Blue will try to end their ten-year World Cup drought.

Before the start of the ODI World Cup 2023, all 10 participating teams will take part in two warm-up matches each. These warm-up matches will be played across three venues in India from September 29 to October 3. 

India will be up against defending champions England and the Netherlands in their two matches, which are set to take place in Guwahati and Thiruvananthapuram respectively.
