For Gabrielle Union Jokes Dwyane Wade, every day is a reason to celebrate!
The actress, 41, was asked by Mark Consuelos if she and her husband have any plans to commemorate their impending ninth wedding anniversary during an appearance on Live with Kelly and Mark on Tuesday.
Oh, do we rejoice. We’ll have a party on a Wednesday simply for fun! In order to celebrate our anniversary, we normally take a luxurious trip with a few other couples who got married around the same time, she said. And we enjoy ourselves greatly everywhere in the world.

Union noted that her husband frequently picks vacation spots with warm weather for one reason, and that they typically spend their anniversary with a few other couples who have similar anniversary dates.

The pair has a lot to be happy about after spending more than ten years together as they get ready to celebrate nine years of marriage on August 30.
After they got married, the actress became Wade’s stepmother to his three kids, Zaire Blessing Dwyane (age 21), Xavier Zechariah (age 9), and Zaya (age 16). Wade also looks after his 21-year-old nephew Dahveon Morris. Daughter Kaavia, the couple’s first child together, was born in 2018.
Wade and Union both spoke candidly about what it was like to have a blended family. Union claimed in 2017 that Wade and his children had altered her outlook on what she desired for the future.
She reportedly told at the time, “I never wanted kids. Then I became a stepmother, and being with them was the only place I would rather be.
Speaking about what makes their relationship work, the couple shared in a joint interview in 2021 that it all comes down to transparency.
