The second plot is spread over 7,255 square feet and is owned by Amitabh Bachchan alone. You will be surprised to know the huge price of the bungalow. Its price currently is Rs 50.63 crore. According to records obtained from web portal Zapkey, the Bachchan family spent Rs 50.65 lakh on stamp duty.
