The paper work was done on 8 November 2023. However, nothing has been officially said on this from the Bachchan family. Amitabh has many properties in Mumbai. He lives with his family in the bungalow ‘Jalsa’ located in Juhu.
The price is so many crores
Bungalow ‘Prateeksha’ is built on two plots. The first plot is 9,585 square feet and is owned by Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan. The second plot is spread over 7,255 square feet and is owned by Amitabh Bachchan alone. You will be surprised to know the huge price of the bungalow. Its price currently is Rs 50.63 crore. According to records obtained from web portal Zapkey, the Bachchan family spent Rs 50.65 lakh on stamp duty.
Bungalow close to heart
On the sets of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’, Amitabh Bachchan had revealed that his father had named the bungalow ‘Prateeksha’. It was inspired by one of his poems, ‘Welcome to all here, wait for none.’ This bungalow is close to the heart for Amitabh. This is where he previously lived with his parents.
Movies in the pipeline
Talking about Amitabh’s work front, he will be seen in Nag Ashwin’s film ‘Kalki 2998 AD’. The film stars Deepika Padukone and Prabhas. Along with this, Amitabh is working in ‘Thalaivar 170’. Rajinikanth and Amitabh will be seen together after 33 years.
